Shipping Policy
Please allow 2-3 business days for shipping. Due to Covid, shipping may be delayed a day or two and in that instance, you will be contacted by email or phone.
Return & Exchange Policy
922Pink only offers exchanges, no refunds. You will have 15 business days to return your purchase. All purchases must be in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging, tags and original receipt. You will be notified when your returned purchase has been received and you will receive store credit for the amount purchased.
Please be advised that you are responsible for shipping costs on all returns. Shipping costs are non refundable.
We do not accept returns of jewelry, sunglasses, (stained, worn, laundered or damaged purchases), items sent back after 15 days of purchase and items not in its original packaging with original tags and labels.
